Can I return a product?

•RETURN POLICY - We accept returns and exchanges  initiated within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. During this time, you have the opportunity to have the item appraised or evaluated if you wish.  AFTER THE 7 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyer to pay return shipment by a method with tracking and insured for full value.We are not responsible for loss or damage to items being returned to us. Returns cannot be accepted on items which have been altered or resized unless previously arranged with seller.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within the United States.

Are all your jade items antique?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our jade items are from the Qing Dynasty while some are earlier from the Ming Dynasty and as far back as neolithic jades.

Are all your items authentic?

All our items have been previously evaluated by GIA gemologists and/or the San Francisco Asian Art Museum. Further, we have over forty years experience in the jade and jewelry business.
