Antique Jade Bead Necklace, Hetian Nephrite, Qing Dynasty
This beautiful jade bead necklace was constructed from a collection of antique Hetian nephrite jade beads from the early to mid-Qing Dynasty. The center bead and its flanking beads are particularly noteworthy as early examples of Hetian nephrite carved all around with a swirling pattern. Copper hook clasp. The necklace measures approximately 18 inches long and the large central bead measures just under 2 inches long. Translucent creamy white 10mm nephrite beads complete the piece.
