An antique Hetian nephrite carved river pebble pocket piece from the Qing Dynast,y This type of carved pebble was often used as a pocket or fondling piece to calm the wearer and reduce stress. The front of the pebble is beautifully carved while the back is left in its original condition. This piece is particularly unusual since it has a drill hole to allow it to be worn as a pendant. It measures approximately 1.25 inches in diameter and weighs 38.9 grams. Beautiful fatty luster and silky feel. Fine condition.
