Jade Pendant Necklace, Mutton Fat Nephrite, Qing Dynasty
Beautiful quality Hetian nephrite jade pendant necklace from the Qing Dynasty. Fine quality carving is a detailed rendering of a vegetable. The color is creamy white mutton fat. Because of the way the pendant is carved it hangs slightly to one side on the custom made adjustable length neck cord. The jade carving measures approximately 2.5 inches long, 1 inch wide, and weighs 55.8 grams. A beautiful piece of history to wear every day.
